never mistake that the smallest amount of moments with someone will never to amount to anything. if anything, it’s usually those that stand out more because there was so little to hold onto and the tiniest details of how wonderfully warm his breath felt against the side of your neck as he pointed out the edge of manhattan from his 30th something floor window to how unusually sunny it was on that winter morning when you woke up in a bed not your own, next to that someone whose body you just explored the night before will always, always be as crisp in your mind as if it was yesterday, as if it was just yesterday. and that’s why (sometimes) those are the moments that are worth so much more. those are the moments worth keeping close. those are the moments worth remembering. always. all ways.
